OUR COMMITMENT

Every Nvixeon board is individually assembled, tested under load, and verified before dispatch. We take quality seriously and stand behind every product we ship. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL & MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If your board does not function correctly upon first use due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. To raise a claim:

  1. Contact us at info@nvixeon.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video demonstrating the issue
  3. We will assess and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we dispatch a replacement and provide return instructions

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The following are excluded from our warranty:

  • Damage caused by incorrect wiring, over-voltage, reverse polarity, or ESD
  • Physical damage during installation or use
  • Issues caused by incorrect firmware, software errors, or user error
  • Boards that have been modified, soldered onto, or physically altered
  • Claims raised more than 14 days after confirmed delivery

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom board designs and custom enclosure designs are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a custom order is defective or does not match the agreed specification, we will correct it at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Standard product orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, standard returns policy applies.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exact timing depends on your payment provider.
