PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or taxes levied by their country on arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. If you have concerns about customs in your region, contact us before ordering.
PACKAGING
All Nvixeon boards are packed in anti-static packaging. Fragile items are padded for transit. A packing slip and applicable documentation are included inside every package.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@nvixeon.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
