1. COMPANY INFORMATION

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Nvixeon sells custom STM32-based development boards, display modules, accessories, and engineering services including custom board design, enclosure design with FEA simulation, and 3D printing. Product specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Nvixeon reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled and will issue a full refund in such cases.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
For custom board design engagements, upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all design deliverables — schematics, PCB layout files, Gerber outputs, and BOM. Nvixeon retains the right to reference the project type (not the design) in its portfolio. Design tools, libraries, and reusable components remain the property of Nvixeon.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nvixeon’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product or service. Nvixeon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to third-party equipment.
6. WARRANTY
Nvixeon products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 14 days from confirmed delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect wiring, over-voltage, electrostatic discharge, or physical modification.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Nvixeon reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
