Enclosure Design
Simulated Before Printed
Every enclosure goes through drop-test simulation and FEA before a single part is printed. When the first prototype arrives, it already reflects the findings of structural analysis — not the guesses of a first draft.

Board-Fit Modelling
Board dimensions, connector positions, mounting holes, ventilation, and cable management — all modelled from the start.
Step 2
Drop-Test Simulation
Simulated drops at 1m, 1.5m, and 2m. Flat face, edge, and corner impacts. Weaknesses resolved before printing.
Step 3
Finite Element Analysis
Von Mises stress, deformation under load, safety factors, and stress concentrations — all validated before sign-off.
Step 4
Strength Optimisation
Rib patterns, snap-fit geometries, and boss specs refined for maximum stiffness and minimum material use.
Step 5
Material Selection
PLA · PETG · ABS · TPU · ASA — chosen for your environment: indoor, outdoor, UV-exposed, or flexible.

Plug-In Ready, Out of the Box
These display modules are coming soon and not yet available to order. Every display module plugs directly into Nvixeon board headers. No ribbon cables to hunt down. No level shifters to source. No driver to write from scratch. The connector fits, the driver exists, and the example code runs on first flash.
