Nvixeon is a hardware engineering company based in Takoradi, Western Region, Ghana. We design and manufacture STM32-based development boards, display modules, and provide engineering services including custom PCB design, enclosure design, and 3D printing. We collect only what we need to process your order or respond to your enquiry:

• Contact data — shipping and billing address
• Order data — products purchased, order amounts, and order history
• Communication data — messages sent through our contact form or by email

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Nvixeon does not store, process, or have access to your full card details at any point. All payment data is handled exclusively by these PCI-DSS-compliant processors under their own privacy policies. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card used, if applicable.

5. COOKIES

We use cookies to maintain your session (e.g. shopping cart), remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. The types of cookies we use:

• Strictly necessary — required for the website and checkout to function
• Analytics — help us understand page visits and improve the site

We retain order and customer data for up to 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. Contact form enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), WPForms (contact forms), and Google Maps (location embed on the Contact page). We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change the way we handle previously collected data without notifying affected users.
