Rates are calculated by total package weight and destination. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches the threshold shown for your chosen service.
Our Shipping Services
EMS Service is our economy option — the lower-cost choice for standard orders. DHL Shipping Service is our premium option for faster, priority handling. Both are tracked from dispatch to delivery, with tracking details emailed once your order ships.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Custom board or enclosure orders follow a separate timeline agreed at the time of quotation.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Shipping fees (including free shipping) cover getting your order to you — they do not cover import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes charged by your country on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import duty rules for electronics before ordering. Packaging
All boards are packed in anti-static packaging, with fragile items padded for transit. A packing slip is included inside the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@nvixeon.com with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
